We compliment you on a job very well done. As board members, we realize that it is difficult to please everyone but we believe you made an excellent decision regarding the stucco remediation. Not only has it corrected a myriad of problems, but it also added to the aesthetics of the Eagleview development as a whole. Our townhomes look newer and fresher and we know they are now also safer.
Another great decision was the selection of Marsh Creek Contracting. They have done an absolute amazing job. We truly can’t praise them enough! Craig Hannum has handled every possible issue with care and patience. His team worked on our unit during extremely cold weather and missed very little time on the job. When we couldn’t be home they managed to accomplish what was needed and couldn’t have been more accommodating. My husband had back surgery and on the morning he was to be discharged from the hospital, I noticed on our security camera that Marsh Creek was in the middle of totally dismantling our front deck; hence, we had no way to enter our front door. Given that Greg couldn’t move very well, I contacted Craig and he immediately said, “no problem – we will have something set up for him by the time you get home”. They certainly did – they built a ramp for him to walk over to get through our front door. They absolutely go above and beyond and we are very grateful to them.

Marsh Creek Contracting recently started remediation work in my neighborhood, need to check and replace window frames for my entire home. The work took about three weeks and it was done in such a careful way so that we didn’t feel any inconvenience. Marsh Creek Contracting recently replaced 22 failing window frames in our home. The work involved the entire house, and uncertain weather, yet it was done with great care and as little disruption to us as could be imagined. Not only were the windows done and looking great in 3 days, the crew went beyond being helpful, removing and reinstalling curtains, shades and plantation shutters, and a large window box. They took great care with our floors and furnishings, and even my foundation plantings. Their work was well done and the entire crew was a pleasure to work with. These guys are the best. They were very professional. Very high quality work. They let us know what was going on at every stage. Great communicators. Easy to work with. We recently used Marsh Creek Contractors to replace all the windows in our home - which turned out to be a much more extensive job than expected. Craig and his co-workers took the job in stride and were very timely, meticulous, professional and courteous. They removed and replaced the blinds, window treatments, furniture, etc. We went away during this project and they had full access to our home. Craig and his Team at Marsh Creek Contracting are hands down the best contractors that have ever worked on my home. The project they worked on for me lasted for four weeks. Like clock work, they show up early to set up and begin working at exactly the time scheduled (8 am) every single day. Their work is efficient and top notch. Marsh Creek Contracting recently completed a major remediation project on our home’s windows, window frames, and doors. Over 40 window frames or windows were replaced as well as full replacement of our front door, deck door, and basement door. Craig and his crew were very easy to work with. They were professional, friendly, and beyond trustworthy to have in our home for such a long period of time—about two weeks! They were super clean and careful in our home. Marsh Creek Contracting recently completed an extensive renovation on our kitchen and first level space areas. We had a kitchen that needed work in so many ways and were at a loss as to what to do and how to work it out with the funds that we had to work with. Craig and his team worked on a stucco remediation project on our house. When they started, the weather was too cold however; that did not deter them from doing work. The quality of workmanship has been superior. Everyone in Craig's team has excellent work ethics and attention to details. For example, when they noticed that windows installed in our garage and dining room were not aligned, they informed us and reinstalled the windows to fix the problem. We were not aware of this but the team did what was right for the client. This is what makes the guys so trustworthy. Another example was Craig going above and beyond to fix the issue with our fireplace that had cold draft coming in. Overall, we were thankful that Marsh Creek Contracting worked on our house.
