Something that sets Marsh Creek Contracting apart from other remediation companies, is our attention to detail and quality assurance! From time to time we like to put our work to the “test” and provide “belt and suspenders” testing for our clients (multi-family HOA and Single family projects), that will insure the highest levels of performance. One way we do this is a vacuum/water test on windows and doors. Yesterday we performed a test on the windows and doors installed for the HOA we are partnering with in Lancaster Pa. This test is an equivalent of a constant 70 MPH driven rain storm! It passed with flying colors. Just another way Marsh Creek Contracting stands behind our workmanship!

Marsh Creek Contracting started this project in June of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. We've created many friendships along the way and it's been a privilege to serve this community. Early in his career, Derek specialized in stucco remediation, where he has managed projects for large builders. In his free time, Derek enjoys hunting, sports, and has a passion for leading the youth group at Brandywine Grace Church. Steve brings a great work ethic, enthusiasm, and desire to learn new skills in the world of construction. When Steve is not at work, you can find him in the woods. His passions are hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles.

Glenn Hannum, our Lead Carpenter, has over 40 years of residential and commercial construction experience. #meettheteam 👋 Out of high school, Glenn started working for a large construction company as a project manager before starting his own construction company. With his passion and attention to detail, G. Hannum Construction took off, and the rest is history! In his free time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and drawing up plans for new construction projects.

It's been a while since we've done a #meettheteam post - and for any new faces around here, we wanted to re-introduce our great team members that help execute our projects 👋 First, we want to introduce Craig - the President and Project Manager for Marsh Creek Contracting. Throughout high school and college, Craig worked for his father's construction company and gained 15+ years of experience in residential remodeling. He attended Penn State University and then worked for Ryan Homes as a project manager where he managed the construction of close to 200 single family homes. Craig now leads Marsh Creek Contracting, which is a family owned & operated company that has served the tri-state area for more than 30 years. In his free time, Craig enjoys being a husband to his beautiful wife, a father to his beautiful daughters, playing sports, the outdoors, and mentoring the youth at his church. If you haven't met Craig yet, you will as he is always on site at each project!
