Marsh Creek Contracting is a family-owned exterior renovation company built on decades of experience, craftsmanship, and trust. We transform homes and communities across the Tri-State area, specializing in stucco remediation, exterior renovations, additions, finished basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. From the ground up, our in-house crew’s work is done with the highest quality and is designed to last.

Craig Hannum

President and Project Management

Craig attended The Pennsylvania State University and obtained a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing. Throughout high school and college, Craig worked full/part time with his father's construction company in doing so, he gained over 15+ years of experience in residential remodeling. Early in his career he worked for Ryan Homes as a project manager. In his time with Ryan Homes he managed the construction of close to 200 new construction single family homes. In his free time, Craig enjoys being a husband to his beautiful wife, a father to his beautiful daughters and son, playing sports, avid outdoorsmen, and mentoring the youth at his church, Brandywine Grace.
